I'm no expert and there are no dates on your posts so I don't actually know when this was written but No 7. - ""Using pre-tax dollars can save you thousands of dollars a year." - Allyson Downey * Think KiwiSaver" is a bit misleading. Kiwisaver may be taken out of your gross pay before tax but you are still taxed on the full amount (including the Kiwisaver portion) so it doesn't really count.
I'm interested, are there any pre-tax schemes in NZ that can be contributed to?
